Walden has had an amazing 2012 and is aspiring to have an even crazier 2013. With bookings left and right, Walden is soon to come to a town near you….don't miss him. Recently booked for Ultra Music Festival, Walden proves he's definitely a name to watch for. EDM Sauce caught up with the young artist before his set at Vain in Orlando to ask the young artist about his career. Walden was more than excited to answer a few questions:
Hey Walden, first off, how old are you?
I'm 19
You're so much younger than your sound. How long have you been producing for?
I've been making music since I was twelve but I started producing electronic music at fourteen
You've been moving around a lot. What can we be expecting from you as far as a release schedule?
Underground E.P. 3 tracks, watch out for it
You're killing American clubs all over, how is the scene in Syndey, Australia?
I need to be in America a lot more, Sydney has like two clubs.
What DAW are you currently using?
I'm currently make all of my productions on FL Studio
Walden who are your influences?
I have a lot of influences, but I would say I relate most to Miike Snow, Thomas Gold, Axwell, all the “Suids,” and Supertramp
The event was absolutely crazy. With a maximum capacity crowd at his finger tips, Walden spun a sick house set that is still ringing in my ears.
