Dada Life Independence Day Recap

If you thought Dada Life's “Independence Day” was a joke you weren't alone, but it looks like this actually happened and many people around the world dressed up in banana suits to protest the need for Dada Land to be a nation of its own. Unfortunately it seems that this movement may have been the reason for Dada Life not being able to enter the United States. Woops.

Br3anna Thomas Shows How to Be a Genre Defying Artist in Independent Music

Br3anna Thomas is becoming special as an independent artist. From her Arkansas home, this California-born talent blends soulful artistry with high-energy EDM. Her latest release, “I KNEW IT,” dropped on November 24, 2024, is a dynamic anthem crafted entirely by her—from writing to production. Originally a slow romantic ballad titled “I KNEW YOU WERE THE ONE,” Br3anna transformed it into a vibrant EDM track. “This song makes you move,” she says. “I added love, and listeners can feel it.”

Using BandLab, Br3anna produces all her music on her phone, listening to mixes across speakers to perfect her sound. Dropping five tracks monthly, she’s released 22 songs in 2024 with plans for 60 in 2025. Her versatility spans genres like EDM, country, and R&B. “I try not to compare myself to anyone,” she says. “It’s hard to put me in a box.”

Br3anna’s creativity also shines in her fantasy audiobooks as Nicole Sparkman, and her podcast, “Spark the Magic Within You.” For her, it’s all about self-growth and gratitude. “I’m not sleeping on my dream anymore,” she declares. Her disciplined approach—writing melodies in the car and perfecting beats in marathon sessions—sets her apart as an artist who turns everyday moments into powerful music.

As 2025 approaches, Br3anna’s work ethic and talent are undeniable. Whether through her electrifying tracks, inspiring podcast, or imaginative storytelling, she’s proving that independent artists can redefine success.
