Today at the Google I/O 2013 event, Google introduced the brand new Google Play Music All Access which will be $9.99 per month in order to combat Spotify. Today there is a free 30-day trial but if you start your trial by June 30th the service will only cost $7.99 per month.
Google has not made it clear which labels are on board yet, but several reports indicate that both Universal and Sony are on board. Unlike Spotify, Google does not offer a free ad-supported tier.
