SFX Entertainment Will Go Public with $175 Million IPO

SFX Entertainment Inc led by CEO Robert F. X. Sillerman has decided to take the company public with an IPO valued at $175 million. SFX Entertainment is the promoter of events such as Tomorrowland Music Festival, TomorrowWorld Music Festival and many others. The New York-based company bought the North American Division of ID&T Entertainment back in January and has continued their expansion in the Electronic Dance Music world.

SFX Entertainment says that they intend to use the proceeds to fund acquisitions, working capital and general purposes. The company intends to list its stock symbol as “SFXE,” so make sure to be on the look out.
