Dillon Francis has just accused Katy Perry of plagiarism on her brand new music video for “Roar.” In Katy Perry's new music video she shows a message thread on an iPhone using emoticons and text messages back and forth. As you'll see from the two videos below, Katy Perry's “Roar” is very similar to Dillon Francis' “Messages.”
Dillon tweeted “Damn first @official_flo steals @diplo's “butters theme” music idea now @katyperry steals my “messages” music video idea..What the fuck?” Dillon Francis however went on to say that “Legitimately this is so dope that @katyperry's director thought my video was good enough to rip off.”

Do you think Katy Perry's new video is a complete rip off of Dillon Francis' “Mesages.”
