According to the Daily Freeman, Insomniac is in the works of creating an event that will be held on the Saugerties grounds (Winston Farm) where Woodstock 1994 took place. The event will take place next Memorial Day weekend and will have the possibility of having an attendance of up to 75,000 people. The event will be 18 and over and will feature 4 to 6 stages along with carnival rides and fireworks. Simon Lamb of Insomniac said “the location's beautiful and we think that it could be a really wonderful relationship.”
Pasquale Rotella said “What’s great about this, when you do destination festivals you tend to get a much better crowd than when you’re in the middle of a city.”
