As SFX continues to expand, just the other day SFX announced that they have acquired 50% of Rock In Rio. Rock In Rio is one of the biggest festivals in the world and takes place in Rio de Janeiro, Madrid and Lisbon. Due to the partnerships Rock In Rio has, it is said to be one of the highest grossing festivals in the world.
