Robert Sillerman has been making the news on recent acquisitions ever since going public with SFX Entertainment (SFXE). Today we find out from the Business Wire that Robert Sillerman and SFX Entertainment plan to acquire the rest of B2S. B2S is an event organizer that specializes in hard electronic dance music that has well established brands, such as Thrillology, Knock Out and Decibel.
Back in October, SFX acquired 50% of B2S due to their partnership with ID&T, but now they have agreed to purchase the remaining 50% for $14.3 million in cash and 400,000 shares of SFX common stock.
