The New York Times has reported that SFX Entertainment has just entered into a sponsorship deal with Anheuser-Busch InBev. The terms of the deal are still unknown but analyst at Stifel Nicolaus states that it's “estimated that Anheuser-Busch’s sponsorship could be worth as much as $25 million next year and $35 million in 2015, as SFX’s events grow.”
This deal signifies that big sponsors may be willing to enter the dance music business and that we should expect more sponsorship deals in 2014 as EDM continues to grow.
