What happens when you take an already popular electro house track and convert it into a progressive melody mix? Insanity. Kill FM probably understood this magnitude of epicness when they released the melodic mix of “Lies.” As a track it is the complete package: catchy vocals, captivating build-up, and a hypnotizing drop. By taking it from electro to progressive house this Swedish-duo increases the addictive nature of the track, if that is even possible. Oftentimes when a track is redone in a different genre certain aspects of the original song are lost in the transition, but in this case the melodic mix adds a new layer of energy while remaining close to the original.
