Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim is not only a musician, but a food entrepreneur as well. The DJ & producer was warned by his friend about a decade ago that “the music business was getting a bit stale” and that he should look into other businesses. Fatboy Slim took that and ran with it as he snatched up 3 restaurants. While the Music Industry is definitely not stale anymore, definitely isn't the case anymore, Fatboy Slim now owns and co-owns three restaurants in Brighton and New York.

Fatboy Slim said in regards to his restaurant in the UK, “I've lived on the beach for 15 years and brought both my children up in this park. I've had some very happy years here. It sounds a bit cheesy to say I want to give something back but I want to cement my relationship with the community and get really into the heart of it.
