The song is rocking and starts off with drums and a filtered guitar that give the intro a heavy, old school rock vibe. As the story line of the video progresses, so does the music. ‘On the Run' quickly amps up into an unforgiving bass heavy drop that is balanced out with 8-bit elements that make you want to jump. With the video climaxing as the beat drops its hard not to have your palms sweating as you put yourself in the shoes of one of the members of B.T.S.M.
