The Kaskade Train shows no signs of stopping anytime soon! After an explosive set the at main stage at Ultra Music Festival, the House Music hero revealed his passions, running and music, bringing them together and culminating in “The Spark Run.” Kaskade wants to take fans to a new world with a completely immersive 5k run (3.2 miles if you were wondering!), that encourages costumes, glow sticks, and LEDs! A full sensory experience, it will feature brightly colored light shows and music throughout the entirety of the run!
Along the route, there are checkpoints, such as the “Flicker Forest” and “Graffiti District,” with the “Ultimate After-Party” waiting for you at the finish line! There will of course be DJ’s and live performances, and Kaskade will be running and DJing the inaugural run in Denver, Colorado on May 9, 2014.
With the debut of The Spark Run, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Charlotte, NC are next in line to hold the 5k! Don’t be scared if you don’t see one near you! You can go on their website and request for it to go to your city.
