[Review] Kill The Zo Kick Off Tour In San Francisco

kill-the-zo

This past Thursday, Kill The Noise and Mat Zo kicked off their tour together starting in beautiful San Francisco. The tour taking place across 11 cities in North America is definitely a not to miss event, with extraordinary back to back sets, the night was one of a kind.

Starting off the night with San Francisco native Cavalier putting on a warming groovy deep house set to set the mood while the crowd filled the ballroom. Walking into the venue I could already feel the energy of what's going to be an amazing night.

As Cavalier was coming to a close the energy got higher as Kill The Noise took the stage. Opening up the night with the killer collaboration ‘Recess' with Skrillex, the crowd couldn't stop moving with the incredible bass lines and moving melodies. With Jake's (Kill The Noise) pure craft on the decks, he got the crowd absolutely craving for more as they started chanting his name.

After an hour, the music has transitioned into the high lifting music that Mat Zo was giving to the crowd. Huge highlight of Mat Zo's set was his new remix of Disney Lion King's ‘Circle of Life', which had the crowd go into an nostalgic mood before dropping the glitchy drum & bass remix. Before the night got to a close the two got together for a full b2b ‘Kill The Zo' set which consisted of them throwing out tracks left and right as a finale.

The night had come to end and both producers gave it their all for their fist stop on the Kill The Zo tour. Being friends already make this tour even better as you can just feel the energy and bond between the two as they play their songs together. Check out the rest of the dates, if they are in your area make sure to not this miss tour.
