According to Re/code, Twitter is considering a deal to buy SoundCloud.
Back in 2007, SoundCloud was founded by Berlin's Eric Wahlforss and Alexander Ljung. Since 2007, SoundCloud has raised more than $123.3 million in four rounds of funding putting the total valuation at $700 million. As of last year, SoundCloud claimed 40 million users strong.
