P A T H proves once again that he can cook up a mean remix using his innovative sound design and style, turning an original record into something completely different and his own. This melancholy, hip-hop induced edit of “Monologue Part 1” [originally by BLVTH] uses unique textures and an odd song structure that is rarely used by a kid who is so young, and that is exactly why I am so impressed by his production work thus far. The droning synthesizers and oddly captivating vocal sampling used throughout this remix are what brainwashed me into playing this song at least 100+ times over the past couple days. Sit back, relax and listen below. Be sure to cop that Free Download as well.
