Being named the world's No. 1 DJ in last year's DJ Mag top 100 poll doesn't stop Hardwell from pushing the limits of live DJ shows. Starting this Halloween, Hardwell, and accompanying Dutch DJ and producer Dannic, will tour North America. Currently, Hardwell is scheduled to play at 6 landmark stadium venues, but additional dates are expected to be added to the tour as the Fall season gets closer.
- Friday, October 31: UIC Pavilion in Chicago. Capacity: 9,500
- Friday, November 7: Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. Capacity: 7,000
- Saturday, November 8: The Forum in Los Angeles. Capacity: 17,500
- Monday, November 10: Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver. Capacity: 17,500
- Thursday, November 13: Klipsch Amphitheatre in Miami. Capacity: 24,000
- Saturday, November 15: Madison Square Garden in New York. Capacity: 20,000
Hardwell announced the tour in downtown Manhattan by taking over the jumbo-trons in the area and broadcasting the trailer (see below). Fans familiar with Ultra Music Festival will recognize the Klipsch Amphitheatre as the home of Ultra's “Live Stage” in Bayfront Park.
Tickets go on sale on June 27 in the U.S., July 4th in Canada and can be purchased through www.livenation.com. Super-fans will want to join the Hardwell fan club and get exclusive early access to tickets on June 19th. There will also be promotions for CitiCard holders and AMEX members in Canada.
