Zouk nightclub located in Singapore was ranked #7 by DJ Mag as one of the top clubs in the world. Unfortunately Zouk's founder, Lincoln Cheng says that he will close the iconic nightspot for good by the end of the year if he does not get a three year extension on the lease.
Lincoln Cheng said that he had no desire to retire, but he has grown tired of getting short lease extensions for the 23 year old iconic nightspot.
