Trippy / experimental vibes from this guy. Virtual Tides is an Detroit-bred, Orlando-based producer who just released his debut record titled “Windows” and it is pretty damn cool. This is the type of track that'll make you gaze out a window and just think about things; from the spaced-out, almost off putting vocal sample that introduces the track, to the juke-infused drop with the high energy drums and percussion to keep your head nodding. I find it incredibly interesting how he completely switched the vibe for the outro, making it sound like a different track in general. Quite the impressive first release by Virtual Tides, we'll just have to wait and see whats next for him but my hopes are high on this producer. Free download on this gem, stream “Windows” below;
