Australia’s Nemanja Brenja was uncontrollably consumed by dance music after being introduced to FL Studios by a friend. Whether it was during lectures or free time, the man who eventually became Pixl couldn't get over this fascination for production. Even though the idea of music creation never stirred his interest, the idea of chord progressions, mixing, and layering consumed him. It was around graduation time that Pixl knew where he belonged. Amazed with the diversity and all around quality coming out of Monstercat, he knew this place would be home for his music. Having taken over the internet for a substantial amount of time with ‘Rat Twist’, Pixl is back with a fusion of Electro and Progressive House in his newest single ‘Broken Bones’. Featuring the beautiful vocals of the gorgeous Cassandra Kay, ‘Broken Bones’ is a combination of deep, sorrowful lyrics with uplifting chord progressions that carry through the entire song in perfect harmony. ‘Broken Bones’ is out on Beatport now. Give it a listen and let us know what you think in the comments below!
