Simple Cause is an American DJ from Atlanta, GA. His single, “Something Blank”, has taken different key signatures from several sub-genres of dance music and mixed them into one harmonic track with a lullaby feel. The rhythm & drums sound like a very typical trance song, but when combined with a sounds used in minimal and deep house, the result is very a-typical. The piano is perfect & the melody is absolutely stunning and carries a sunset-feeling from start to finish. This track surprised me – caught my interest right away. Regardless of what you're into, this is a tremendous song and deserves a listen. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
