Norwegian producer Rootkit, or better known by his friends as Kashif, is virtually self-taught, having tinkered with programs such as FL Studios and Ableton, eventually solidifying his sound into something that can only really be described as energetic and melodic. Rootkit’s latest song, ‘Real Love,’ stays true to Rootkit’s nature. The futuristic ‘shallow house’ single features the astounding voice of Danyka Nadeau and combines her soul-and-pop blending voice with the deep vibes catered by the immensely versatile and talented Rootkit. ‘Real Love’ is available on Beatport now.
