Alex Epps from Memphis, Tennesse, is the DJ/producer Cyberoptics. His influence of “video games, outer space, and Silent Hill” LED to his project that brings giant alien robot sounds to life in your headphones. The 19 year-old is based in grimy dubstep and bass and adapts his style from song to song. For example, comparing a few of his free downloads: “Strange Man, White Van” feels like a slow, liquid dream while “Midnight Club” is a high-speed club track that's perfect for cross training exercise and sounds more like something you would hear from Savoy.
