Last week, UMEK & Mike Vale released the video for their new track ‘Hard Times feat. Chris The Voice‘ and it's truly a great time. This track has a unique song format, beginning and ending with driving piano and orchestral sections, with a slowly developing middle section featuring a really cool monologue from Chris The Voice about hard times, including some insight such as:
“…Knowledge is power, but knowledge is selfish, true power.You have to go through things to understand what you can and can't do, yes you're gonna sacrifice a lot in life, but when you lose it you're always getting something better.”
The video fits great with the inspirational vibe that the track emanates, featuring surfers, skateboarders, pools and beaches it becomes a great way to experience this song that warrants multiple views.
