The M Machine has released their take on indie band Rubblebucket's song “Sound of Erasing”. When taking on a remix of any song, especially works that are vocal heavy, it's imperative that you bring something to the table that makes the remix worth listening to. In this category, The M Machine consistently delivers.
The original itself has a spacey feeling and echoed vocals. The M Machine carries on the uplifted vibe and woodwind, while giving it an electro polish. This polish comes in the form of sharp synths paired up with slightly less reverbed vocals. The remix also plays around with a different, obviously more electronic sound than you'd hear in most of Rubblebucket's tracks. In every way, The producers behind The M Machine once again assert themselves as one of the most versatile and precise artists in EDM, making a remix sound like a clean original mix.
