Arctic Moon – Revolution (James Rigby Remix)

Arctic Moon's single, ‘Revolution' has been  beautifully revamped by UK's own James Rigby.

Releasing on October 3rd, this track was selected as Aly & Fila's  as the “Wonder of the Week” on their popular trance infused podcast, FSOE. Myron’s well of inspiration includes Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and Tom Jones. The artist also embraces modern stylings from The Weeknd and Post Malone. He is an outlier who uses genre-bending styles mixed with rich baritone vocals, making his songs timeless yet contemporary.

Shaped by his Russian immigrant father’s love for music, Myron was first drawn to the soulful melodies of classical and blues piano. He studied the sounds and style of this music and later explored other genres on his journey, which led him to form a style all his own.

His grandfather, whom he considers a true American patriot, introduced Myron to old country music through his collection of dusty vinyl records, and he immediately fell in love with the genre. Myron transformed these musical styles into something unique, leading him on a journey to make country music feel fresh and relevant again.

A Grit-Fueled Music Journey

Like many artists, Myron’s journey has had its share of struggles. His primary challenge was overcoming the tension between authenticity and an audience with short attention spans. He tackles these obstacles with passion and patience while crafting his unique style of Western glam, crooner aesthetics, and storytelling through country, pop, and rock music.

His journey eventually led him to Los Angeles, where he worked with top producers and writers and collaborated with DJ and producer Mickey Valen. Next, he headed to Nashville to immerse himself in the culture of the country music capital of the world. The young artist is making a name for himself and has been featured in major publications like Vogue Magazine, which highlighted Myron’s high-profile Western music performance in Winter Park, Colorado. He also co-wrote “Farewell, Neverland” for the K-pop group TXT.

Myron has several hits under his belt, including the smoky and charming “Chills.”

Genre-Bending Hits

“Chills” was released in 2018 and was inspired by Myron “driving through the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee and listening to the original.” He infuses the song with a “rustic and Western twist,” representing his evolution as a country artist while nodding to other genres. The song has garnered over 90 million streams across two different versions.

Myron also found success with “Tennessee Baby.” The dynamic hit combines swagger with sincerity to complement Myron’s rustic, alternative voice. His vocal delivery blends seamlessly with country guitar sounds and the outlaw country grit of Myron’s influences.

Myron is carving a unique spot in the music industry by modernizing traditional sounds and merging different genres.
