A few days ago, Mat Zo admitted that many of his Mat Zo Mixes have been “ghost mixed.” Mat Zo admits to feeling bad about using another producer/DJ to produce his own shows.
While ghost producing and ghost mixing is not a new concept, Mat Zo admits that most of your favorite mixtapes are indeed ghost mixed.
Read his confession below:
Ive had a few of my radio shows ghost mixed, and I feel disconnected and lost. How do people with ghost producers not kill themselves?

In fact, all my radio mixes for the last few months have been ghost mixed. First by @jonobir and more recently by @matanYe_West

Obviously not ALL your favourite radio shows are ghost mixed, but a shit ton of them are. Its seen as very rare and noble to mix your own
