The Gorillaz are an English virtual band that was created in 1998 by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett. The band was conceptualized by four animated members in their music videos (2D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle and Russell Hobbs). Now after a long break, one of the most exciting projects in electronic music will be returning!
Damon Albarn revealed the news during a recent interview with The Sydney Morning Herald in which he mentions that the Gorillaz project is already in the process for a potential 2016 album release.
