Handbook and A Sol Mechanic have joined forces to finally match up their individual and creative sounds. As both colleagues and fans of one another's work, the chemistry they have is easily visible through their work. The product of their time together is “Mindfulness”, a five track EP album, where the name describes the embodiment of the tranquil, thought provoking ideals the sound will hopefully instill on listeners. Described as “Enraptured, dreamy and enchanted, mixed with sorrowful grieving, this is an EP for listeners to relate to within their own practice of mindfulness.” The album released by Ital Dred Records features two tracks by each artist alone and one joined track, that being, “Love From Above”. The single is a hip-hop, instrumental infused number, all the while keeping along the relaxing path laid out by the previous tracks.
