It seems that more and more festivals are going in the direction of 18+ these days. Ever since the very first event back in 2012, Spring Awakening Music Festival was all ages, but this year React Presents decided to change it up.

While we're not sure the exact reason Spring Awakening decided to make this change, one reason may have been the 1,000 supporters who signed this petition that helped make Spring Awakening Music Festival an 18 and over event.
