Russian superstar Arty is continuing to finish out his year strong with consistent remixes, originals, and sets that each are more impressive than his last. His remix of One Republic's ‘I Lived' has already accumulated over half a million views on Soundcloud, and is showing no sign of slowing down. For good reason too, just listen to this show stopper!
Today though we are taking a look back at some of Arty's most memorable sets throughout his career. Some of them were break out successes and others were moments well into his life as a veteran of dance music. But without further adieu we journey back a few years to revisit our favorite sets from the man himself.
1. EDC Las Vegas 2013
This set is an exploration through more genres than you could ever imagine. Diversity is the key word as Arty takes the deck at America's largest electronic music festival. 2. BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix 2012
This mix done for the iconic Radio 1 Essential Mix is an absolutely incredible journey through Arty's career up to that point in time in 2012. The two hour mix is a sonic story of Arty's 3 year career (at that point in time) since his first EP, ‘Vanilla Sky' in 2009. This is a great set to revisit as it shows the moment in Arty's career as he starts to branch out to more than just progressive and trance styles.
3. ABGT050 2013
One of the biggest moments in Arty's career was being given the honor of closing out Above and Beyond's Group Therapy 50 at Alexandria Palace in London. The set is one filled with strong emotions and an overwhelming sense of confidence. It is obvious listening to this set that Arty has secured his spot as a dance music superstar for years to come. 4. Beyond Wonderland ASOT Stage 2012
Arty came onto the scene with a heavy trance presence. This set demonstrates his trance roots perfectly. Melodic and dreamy at points as well as intense and unforigving at others. This set is a force to be reckoned with. Check it out below and enjoy the journey into trance.
