Update: Karim Mika's management has responded.
“Afrojack has been playing this track for a long time (reference the video below). The first project of this track was created in Monday, July 29, 2013, 11:35:02 PM which was long before the other producers made this track.”
Earlier this weekend, we were sent a news tip in regards to plagiarism by Afrojack‘s Record Label Wall Recordings. The message read “Karim Mika is releasing a new song on Wall which was just posted on walls soundcloud as ID-ID. And this is our song released 7 months ago.” The song that DivClass was referring to was the song where they collaborated with Parimax titled “TIME.”
Parimax and DivClass released “TIME” back on May 25th of 2014, while Wall Recordings posted ID-ID just two days ago.
