Here's a compilation album that not only reflects the awe-inspiring production of its brilliant father but also has plenty of electro house jams from names you might not be familiar with. Mau5trap Records releases “We Are Friends” Volume 3 this week with singles from 11 unique artists.
With some rising talent here, there's some notable releases to keep your eye on like Heat Maxwell‘s breakout track “Grindhouse,” which is electro house with explosive builds and sounds reminiscent of Knife Party's heavy wobbles. Meanwhile, there's a beautiful new Enzo Bennet track here and some classic Fehrplay. The mysterious ATTLAS seemingly came out of nowhere and has a striking resemblance to Deadmau5 with his new tune “Sabs.” Full list of artists include Eekoo, James Njie, Matt Lange, NEUS, Pig&Dan, Proxy, and Reid.
Two days ago, the Canadian Music JUNO Awards announced Deadmau5 will perform at their ceremony with this cool video of the man himself on a snowmobile. The show takes place on March 15th in Hamilton, Ontario.
