Whoop! After initially being recalled last April, Palcohol has made a comeback and will be on sale this summer with exception of a few worried states. Alaska, Delaware, Louisiana, Michigan, South Carolina and Vermont fear for the illegal consumption of Palcohol in venues where the sale of alcohol is restricted.
