It seems that Darude's “Sandstorm” has become the new “Never Gonna Give You Up” in YouTube's eyes.
Back on April 1st, 2008, YouTube ‘Rickrolled' YouTube users by redirecting every video to Rick Astley's “Never Gonna Give You Up.” The prank was one of the best pranks we've ever seen and is still talked about today.
For this year's prank, YouTube has added a “Sandstorm” button in every video's player. In addition to this button, YouTube now asks if you meant Darude's “Sandstorm” rather than what you had originally searched for.
