Mad Decent Block Party is back and better than ever for summer 2015. The event had a pretty rocky run in 2014, with 20 hospitalizations and a kandi-ban that had everyone up in arms. This year, however, the mini festival will be doing double stops in Brooklyn, LA, and the city where Diplo got his start, Philly.
