After wrapping up the first weekend of Coachella 2015, CEO of Snapchat, Evan Spiegel, revealed that more than 40 million users watched the Coachella “Our Story” on the social media app over the weekend.
Snapchat's “Our Story” feature compiles videos by Snapchat employees from a certain event whether it be photos or videos. This year, Snapchat compiled videos from festival-goers at Coachella documenting their experience.
While Evan hasn't revealed many statistics over the past year of Snapchat, he did happen to mention this statistic as well as the Masters golf tournament stat which peaked at 17.7 million viewers.
