This past weekend, rising Mad Decent star Party Favor traveled to Sioux Falls, South Dakota for Revival Event Series Episode 3. The show, put together by Pinnacle Productions, featured 2 stages with over 15 DJs featured throughout the night. We at EDM Sauce were proud to team up with the Pinnacle Productions crew [aka Pinshows] to premiere the EDM Sauce Main Stage where Party Favor would take the spotlight.
The night was the perfect experience for any EDM fan as you could hear almost any genre throughout the night. I found myself constantly floating between stages. I had caught some House early on, and within hours I had heard a little Dubstep here, a little Progressive there, I even lost my soul to some Trance! Then it was time to witness Party Favor dropping everyone's favorite Trap/Twerk tracks including his latest ‘No Type' remix and his huge anthem hit ‘BAP U'. The energy of the set was incredible as everyone was cheering at every drop.
The sold out crowd couldn't have been crazier that night! Everyone was in great spirits and showing love for the local DJs at both stages. With EDM being an up & coming scene in South Dakota, I ran into several people who said it was their first EDM show. After I asked how their first experience was, all the responses were the same. They were instantly hooked!
