Mat Zo is one of the most all-around DJ's in the dance music industry, experimenting in every genre. He bounces from different styles like producing mind blowing trance tracks, then surprises dance fans with a bouncy jazz-funk track. From collaborating with Kill the Noise for Kill the Zo to producing for Anjunabeats, Mat Zo easily switches up his vibes and puts on amazing performances.
This past week the producer decided to unearth an old techno track he made at just 16 in Florida studio. Mat Zo stated he was heavily inspired by James Holden at the time. The 8-minute track is quite impressive, with a fluid style that takes you on a journey through his early tech house beats. Check out the track below to hear some of Mat Zo's earliest work.
