In the electronic music community, vocalists have always seemed to be taken for granted. Yes, we will say things like, “oh, her voice is so beautiful!”, but our main music focus has always been the instrumental and although we may sing the lyrics, we forget the vocalist. (Read: Equal Temperament)
Ashley Apollodor is a female vocalist we seem to be hearing more and more recently, working with artists such as BH and Rezonate, as well as other up and coming producers. Nonetheless, Ashley also has her own solo work under the name “Apollodor” and her latest track ‘Guiding Light' is a true testament to her talent.
