These Are EDM’s Top 30 Power Players

James Barton leads the way in another mega list about EDM's most influential people and this one comes from Billboard today with their top 30 list. This is not the first time Barton has been #1, he's also been ranked the top dog by Rolling Stone.

The full list features 3 ladies and plenty of DJ's. Among the list – Scooter Braun, whose work with Justin Bieber recently led to a collaboration with two guys on the top five of this list – Diplo and Skrillex of Jack U. While Braun spoke about some of the odd ebbs and flows of change in current events, some were outspoken about the scene.

Steve Angello said, “Nobody’s going to f—ing remember these same-sounding dance records, because they aren’t evergreen.”

Check out the full list below. The original article also has some cool tidbits about each person – including their favorite festival, favorite travel item, advice, reasons for what they do, and other fun factoids.
