Eric Prydz is one of the most consistent producers the industry has ever seen. His single “Generate” has been one of the most played songs of the year and Pryda 10 Vol. 1 was just released to become Pryda Recordings fasted selling EP in the labels history. To make things better, Vol. 2 is set to be released in a month and if that doesn't make your mouth water, the king of prog house is spoiling us with another Eric Prydz single. Like all of his tracks that are released under his name, Opus, is a bright, uplifting house masterpiece rather than a techno banger like his Cirez D or Pryda work. At 9 minutes long, its an ambitious tune, even for Prydz. Nearly the first 4 minutes are purely setting up atmosphere and building to one of the biggest and euphoric drop in the artists recent memory, and anyone whose a Prydaholic will know that's saying a lot. Opus will be official out on July 27th.
