Bixel Boys live
It's been some time, but I couldn't be happier to stumble upon soundcloud and see a brand new Bixel Boys thumper. “Amigo” takes a step back, not in a bad way, but instead of pushing more into the electro realm as they did with their “Tribe” and “Vikings” remixes, they mellow out a bit . The low end portions are as sharp and solid as any top notch future-deep-yada yada house track should be and the ranchero sounding vocal samples with the horns are classic LA inspired, bixelism. It's nice to hear the boys take a break from rocking Coachella, EDC, and Lollapalooza to bring us back to the sound that caught our ears in the first place. By the way, its free!
