You may want to google more than just ‘Horny Bounce' if you're expecting to get the latest track from Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano. The Dutch duo produced another sexy tribal track that has been doing quite well on the charts. With the debut release on Armada Trice, the track evokes the desire to pull an all-nighter on the shuffling beats and distinctive vocal chops of ‘Horny Bounce’, leaving no doubt as to why this track deserves to be heard by anyone who wants a funkier approach to dance music. I had a chance to chat with the duo about this latest release as well as many other questions. Check out the full interview below and be sure to support Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano but purchasing ‘Horny Bounce' and following them on social media.

You released ‘Horny Bounce' a little over a week ago, talk about how this track and how it came about? How would you describe it to someone?
“The title is a little weird, but it’s all in good fun. We would describe it as a a sort of techy house track with a lot of Latin American influences. It’s fun, uplifting and just a great track for during the peak hour in a club!”
Your sound is described as ‘Sexy Tribal' in nature, where did this sound originate and what would you say defines this signature sound?
“The sound originated from the music that we were into when we first started producing. It was about 10 years ago in Amsterdam and the house/club scene was really big back then, well it still is but it was different. Those tunes inspired us to create the sound that we still have today.”
What has been the highlight of 2015 for you guys and what are your goals moving forward into 2016?
“We hosted a bunch of Sexy By Natures this year. We had a festival in Amsterdam and Rotterdam and our own night during ADE15 and a pool party in Miami. It’s incredible to see so many people at our events all over the world. We’re definitely looking into branching out in the next year.”
In your opinion, what do you think the top tracks of 2015 are?
Lean On by Snake, Major Lazer and MØ is such a sick tune, it’s now actually the most streamed song on Spotify ever so that says it all…
What are you currently working on? Collaborations? Originals?
“We’re working on new stuff but it has yet to take shape, you can expect some great music in the nearby future but we can’t reveal too much about it as of right now.”
Any dream festivals or places you would like to play that you haven't yet?
“Holy Ship!”
Any dream collaborations?
“It would be sick to head in to the studio with one the Ibiza legends like Carl Cox”
What are some tour essentials that you must have while traveling?
“Laptop, headphones, iPhone and our tour manager.”
