NYC-based producer, Gryffin, has been making waves with his stand-out remixes over the past year. He closed out the summer with the announcement and release of the first episode of his mix series, Flight Log. In the 50 minute mix, Gryffin features some IDs and then-unreleased tracks. Four months later, after reaching 50,000 fans on Facebook, he’s releasing one of those tracks as a thank you to his fans: his remix of Ariana Grande’s “Love Me Harder” with The Weeknd. Gryffin mimics both Ariana and The Weeknd’s vocal runs in the swirling synths that Make Up the counter melody and help drive the remix forward, adding cheery chord progressions. With all the success he’s found in the studio, Gryffin has decided to share his talent with his fans in his live tour. He’ll hit SnowGlobe Music Festival to ring in the New Year, head to a sold-out show at The Roxy in LA, and then off to New York City to play at the Bowery Ballroom.
