Continuing to champion his expressive brand of bass house and fiery dubstep this week is Habstrakt, who has just dropped his new EP “My People.” Released through Never Say Die, this four-track affair packs plenty of unique flavour and style into the mix.
Opening the EP comes the title track, a funky cut with a constantly grooving bassline. Next up comes the awesomely titled “Cheezus” with its gnarly riffs, before the old school “Back” combines house and grinding energy in serious style. The brilliant “She” rounds off this sick collection – a real winner from the Frenchman.
