Boomslang finally dropped his first single of 2016 and the first impression that he gives us is a brand new, unique style. Seemingly intriguing melodies, early 90's Nintendo style synths, and steady break beats through the drops easily makes ‘Bird Call' the most interesting track of 2016 to date. Even after the first few listens I had no idea how to classify this track, which is very refreshing since we have been overloaded with “genre casted” music from 2015. This bright and colorful progressive sound could carry Boomslang through the year with flying colors.
