The German-born producer / DJ, Felix Jaehn, was one of the biggest stars to hit dance music in 2015. He stormed onto the scene early last year with his sun-soaked re-imagination of OMI's “Cheerleader,” which went on to top the iTunes charts in over 55 countries, and followed that up with a stellar, modern-day take on RUFUS and Chaka Khan's “Ain't Nobody” that solidified his standing as a star-in-the-making.
To kick off 2016, Felix Jaehn is releasing his latest, self-titled EP on Casablanca Records. The five-track EP features three previously-released tracks by Felix Jaehn – “Ain't Nobody,” “Book of Love,” and “I Do” – while Prince Fox and Phantoms round out the rest of the EP with remixes of “Ain't Nobody” and “Book of Love” respectively. On his remix, Prince Fox flips the summer-ready anthem on its head, infusing it with soaring percussion elements and pitched-up synths to give it a bump in energy, while Phantoms keeps the smooth melodies of “Book of Love,” while adding interesting synth arrangements and jazz-y undertones.
