Dada Life, a swedish electro house production duo comprised of Olle Cornéer and Stefan Engblom, packed the Myth in Minneapolis for their show with Alvin Risk and Aazar this past week. Their set, filled with confetti cannons, champagne showers, co2 blasts, giant inflatables, banana costumes, seemingly endless bananas, and a massive pillow fight was one the people of Minneapolis will soon not forget.
The opening acts, Aazar and Alvin Risk built the anticipation flawlessly for what was to come. Aazar, a trap producer from Paris started the night off strong and really got the energy flowing with a perfect set composed of hard hitting trap bangers that got the crowd loose and ready to move.
As soon as Aazar finished his set it was time for Alvin Risk, an electronic producer from Washington, DC. Alvin took the stage and brought the crowd to a whole new world mixing his energetic, groovy, upbeat electronic tunes.
Usually the opening acts for a show don't tend to be your favorites but I had a hard time picking a favorite set from the night.
Check out some of the newest music being worked on by Aazar, Alvin Risk and Dada Life.
