Chuckie is one of the OG's of the dirty dutch genre. Without him, Afrojack and Sidney Sampson dutch house would have never made its way stateside and who knows where dance music would be today. I would wager to say that majority of genres that have emerged in the last three years were heavily influenced from styles that originated with Chuckie and the rest of the dirty dutch crew.
So that being said, when the master drops a track, you have to listen. In his latest release, which was premiered by Billboard, Chuckie has teamed up with Childsplay and Shaylen to make an absolute dancehall trap banger. ‘Warrior' is a complete tune through and through with powerful vocals from Shaylen and a drop that would make even DJ Snake blush under his sunglasses.
This coming week at the WMC Chuckie is spinning an exclusive all hip hop set at the Rockwell in Miami and ALL proceeds to go Fxck Cancer and The Little Lighthouse Foundation.
